A Zonal Displacement Approach via Grid Point Weighting in Building Generalization

چکیده

When generalizing a group of objects, displacement is an essential operation to resolve the conflicts arising between them due enlargement their symbol sizes and reduction available map space. Although there are many methods, most rather complicated. Therefore, more practical methods still needed. In this article, new building approach proposed. For purpose, buildings grouped zones created for in blocks via Voronoi tessellation buffering. Linear patterns then detected through buffer analyses respective narrowed be able preserve these patterns. After all displaced inside zones, grid points generated weighted kernel density estimation find suitable locations. Accordingly, toward computed locations iteratively. The proposed directly enforces minimum distance positional accuracy constraints while several indirect mechanisms used preserving spatial relationships. quality evaluation displacement, angle, length shape comparison measures introduced, based on (Delaunay) triangles or azimuth measure connection lines, buildings. criteria yielded according visual assessment quantitative analysis measures. findings demonstrate that quite effective zonal displacement.

Point-based warping with optimized weighting factors of displacement vectors

The accurate comparison of inter-individual 3D image brain datasets requires non-affine transformation techniques (warping) to reduce geometric variations. Constrained by the biological prerequisites we use in this study a landmark-based warping method with weighted sums of displacement vectors, which is enhanced by an optimization process. Furthermore, we investigate fast automatic procedures ...

New Generalization of Darbo's Fixed Point Theorem via $alpha$-admissible Simulation Functions with Application

In this paper, at first, we introduce $alpha_{mu}$-admissible, $Z_mu$-contraction and  $N_{mu}$-contraction via simulation functions. We prove some new fixed point theorems for defined class of contractions   via $alpha$-admissible simulation mappings, as well. Our results  can be viewed as extension of the corresponding results in this area.  Moreover, some examples and an application to funct...

Building a Biodiversity GRID

In the BiodiversityWorld project we are building a GRID to support scientific biodiversity-related research. The requirements associated with such a GRID are somewhat different from other GRIDs, and this has influenced the architecture that we have developed. In this paper we outline these requirements, most notably the need to interoperate over a diverse set of legacy databases and application...
